So here's the latest...The last couple months have been busy for me in the studio. Been working on a project that I hope you'll like. It's a collection of more traditional country songs, some of which my relatives wrote and some I wrote. It's gonna be called The Rocky Brook Back Home. It's a family record of sorts. I am lucky to have some talented people in my family. So I won't say much more yet, as the record is not finished. I will post a song or two here before too long...Also, Chris and I have been doing some Miller & Sasser songs that will be out as well. Thanks for all your support! -James

Had an amazing time at The Tractor last Saturday with Roy Kay's Elvis Presley Tribute Show. Met a great bunch of folks and got to sing some of my favorite tunes. Check the "Photos" page for a couple shots from the show!

Join me down at The Landmark Saloon on NYE for a night of great country music. Miller & Sasser will be opening the night at 9pm for The Barn Dooor Slammers! The BDS's specialize in western swing and will be having a series of guest singers (one of which is me!) throughout the night. Come ring in the new year with us!
Our next show is Friday December 23rd at Eugenio's! Join us down on Se 35th and Division. This will be another Miller and Sasser show, so get there early and enjoy the fine food. Show starts at 9pm and goes till 11pm-ish...See you there!
Oh, we had a blast last night at The Landmark Saloon! Whenever Chris Miller and I get together it's like gaining back a missing limb. Of course, I always have to give thanks to the rest of the guys in the band: Kevin Major on drums, Brent Martens on bass and Rusty Blake on the pedal steel.
